Job Description:

A company is looking for a High Volume Call Center Representative (Fraud) to investigate potential credit card fraud cases.

Key Responsibilities

Responds to account inquiries and provides scripted responses to fraud alerts
Contacts customers and merchants for additional information regarding fraudulent charges
Maintains documentation for investigations and assists with credit card replacement orders

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent
At least 6 months of high volume call center experience within the last 2 years
Preferred experience in a fraud or banking-related field
