Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and select risk to ensure profitable acquisition and
retention of business
Partner with Distribution sales team and brokers to meet client
needs
Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations based on risk
trends
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in group benefits underwriting
Experience underwriting group short and long-term disability
Experience with core products: group life, dental, vision, and
supplemental health
Comfortable learning and adopting new technologies
Demonstrated proficiency at the Underwriter level
