Champion an AI-first product approach, collaborating with
engineering and design for innovative solutions
Required Qualifications
10+ years of product management experience, with at least 3+ years
in senior leadership roles
Experience in building and scaling enterprise SaaS products,
ideally in HR tech or performance solutions
Deep understanding of AI/ML and GenAI capabilities
Proven track record of leading high-performing product teams
Strong strategic thinking and execution discipline
